I can translate the messages for you and other users, if needed. Have you already tried cleaning up the blade? It doesn't have to be mirror polished but the cleaner, the better. Otherwise, it can be a weak solenoid.

I have polished the blade and oiled everything but still won't open never used a rave2 before any on here used one

Check if the piston moves correctly, then check its wires with a multimeter. With the engine running, the resistance must be around 2.2 ohms and the voltage around 12 volts while opening and around 5 volts while kept open.
