It is surely possible, since we all are in European Union, but as HGH says you should check the procedure in Greece. To prepare the Italian documents for export is quite cheap, costs around 75 €. Than with that documents you can register the bike on your name there, but the cost and the procedure changes in different countries. For example a friend of mine registered a Romanian bike in Italy, and that cost around 400 € to him. Another one registered an Italian bike in Bulgaria and paid 100 € for it.

Hi logaloga, I think you should contact the Greec transport Ministry, and ask their the question, in my country Belgium is possible to import a motorcycle and make a certificate of conformity even if the model has never been imported in our country, the procedure cost around 100 euro, and only the the ministry is able to proceed the approval.

I've been through this for a used car.

As correctly said above, the bike, or car, has to be demolished for export use, declaring which is the destination country.
The price is along those 75€ described.
Obviously this is AFAIK the half of the procedure, that let's you buy the bike here and export it in Greece (as a member of European community).
I guess that in Greece you'll need a conformity declarance to be able to set a new documents envelope to the bike.
